Job Description:
Techouse is seeking an ambitious and result-driven International Sales Executive to join our growing team. As part of this role, you will be pivotal in focusing on reaching personal sales targets by creating new business opportunities, solving customer problems, and fostering strong relationships with existing clients. This position may involve specialized markets or complex product offerings that require advanced skills in managing customer relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn and implement a structured sales process to achieve impressive closing ratios.
- Lead meetings with prospects to guide them through the sales funnel until a final decision is reached, whether won or lost.
- Collaborate with operations and recruitment teams to fully grasp client requirements and service deliverables.
- Execute Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) with clients to promote upselling opportunities and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Build and nurture a network of industry contacts to uncover additional business opportunities.
- Negotiate client agreements and prepare Statements of Work (SOW) with competitive fee structures.
Required Skills:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage the sales funnel with precision.
- Strong process orientation with the ability to adhere to a defined sales methodology.
- Effective time management skills to ensure daily updates and accurate data entry in the CRM.
- Professional appearance and the ability to create thoughtful pre-call plans for meetings.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Must be fluent in English to engage with international clients.
- Proven history of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Demonstrated success in generating and sourcing your own leads to maintain a robust sales funnel.
- Ability to effectively guide prospects through the sales process with high closing rates.
- Previous collaboration with operations teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
